COVID-19 Special Notice


Vancouver Challenge Cup will be following the COVID-19 rules of Beth Israel. Please use the button below to view our current guidelines for competitiors and spectators. These guidelines will be continuously updated without notice to comply with the venue's regulations. Failure for competitors and spectators to comply will result in immediate expulsion from the event.

Fees and Passes

All competitors are required to pay registration fees and purchase competitor passes for both Amateur and Pro-Am competitions. Competitor passes grant you access to all four sessions.

Adult Competitor Pass (for all sessions, front row seat) $90
Adult Competitor Pass (for all sessions, second row seat) $75
Adult Competitor Pass (for all sessions, competitor seat) $55
Youth and Younger Competitor Pass 1-Day Pass (for Sunday Only)  $20
Youth and Younger Competitor Weekend Pass  $45

 

 

Amateur Fee Breakdown

After emailing in your registration, you will receive an invoice via email with instructions on how to complete your fee payments online if you have not filled out your payment information. Invoices will automatically include your registration fees, as well as competitor passes. If you would like to upgrade your competitor pass, please send us an email after you receive your invoice and we will update it for you. Invoices are not instant, so please allow one to two days. If you have included your payment information in the email, we will email you a receipt to confirm your payment and registration

Adult and Senior 5 dance event $40 per event/per couple
Youth and Younger Multi-Dance Event $15 per event/per couple

 

 

Pro-Am Fee Breakdown

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for entry fees except for illness and physical injury. A service charge of $15 per event entry will be deducted from the total refunded. There are no refunds for ticket purchases. We will take back tickets and a refund will only be given to the original purchaser if we are able to resell the tickets. A service charge of $15 per ticket will then be deducted from the refund total.

 If government regulations enforce a last-minute shut down of the event (deemed after January 30th 2022), we will credit all registrants and ticket holders to a future event.

If you have registered before December 8th and need to request a refund for the event because you now cannot attend due to the change in date, location or due to their vaccination status, we are happy to provide refunds for the next 2 weeks. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. After December 21st, refunds will only be given based on our original refund policy in the paragraph above.

Please note all credit card transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge.
